Many of our staff have been with us for a long time, and over the years we have formed close working relationships with each other and our clients.

Barry Woolf Barry was admitted to practise as a lawyer in 1958 and has worked continuously in the Sydney legal world since that time. One of Williams Woolf and Zuur’s two partners, he has a broad experience base in all legal matters, but currently specialises in property and deceased estates. Barry was awarded Life Membership of the Law Society of NSW in 2002 in recognition of his service to the profession. Barry holds a current Practising Certificate entitling him to practise as a solicitor and barrister in New South Wales. |

Alex Zuur Alex has more than 30 years of post-admission experience gained in both private and government sectors and is a partner in the firm. He previously practised in government covering insurance, fair trading, employment law and media law before moving into private practise in 1989. Alex is experienced in litigation, property and commercial law. He holds a current Practising Certificate entitling him to practise as a solicitor and barrister in New South Wales. |

Bronwyn Harvey Bronwyn has been an associate of the firm since 2001. She was previously a partner in a medium sized city law firm and has more than 30 years experience having worked as a legal secretary/para-legal prior to being admitted to practise as a lawyer in 1993. Bronwyn is experienced in litigation; property law, including leasing, sale of business, and conveyancing; family law, insolvency, bankruptcy, probate and wills. She holds a Diploma in Law (SAB). |

Gail Straney Personal assistant to Barry Woolf and para-legal, Gail has more than 40 years experience in the legal/paralegal arena. Gail is the first point of contact for most of our clients |

Helen Kelly Personal assistant to Alex Zuur and para-legal, Helen has been involved in various aspects of legal support and assistance since 1979. During this time she studied legal subjects for three years as part of a Bachelor of Arts program. |

Sue Crossman Sue has an extensive background in merchant banking and finance. She joined the team at Williams Woolf and Zuur in 1992, making her one of our longest serving employees. Her valuable experience ensures the smooth operation of our accounts department and administration of the practise. |

Gabrielle Thomas Gabrielle has 30 years experience working in the legal profession covering the areas of conveyancing, leasing, wills, estates, litigation and family law. Gabrielle has worked with Williams Woolf and Zuur since 1994 and currently job-shares with Sue Dewell the position of secretary to associate Bronwyn Harvey. |

Sue has worked in the legal field for more than 30 years and has been involved in many aspects of legal work including property, leasing, family law, estates, wills and commercial work. |
